I want to recognize Elisha who was at the front desk when I checked in she was extremely helpful she was professional she displayed a positive attitude in reference to doing her job. I want to take a moment to recognize the housekeeper on the third floor Megan who was very professional very polite didn't extremely outstanding job and cleaning my room and she is a great reflection of the Hilton brand. Her kindness really made me feel comfortable relaxed and cared for. It's staff members like this for travelers like me who make traveling so much more enjoyable.
