The staff was friendly and the place was clean, but the mattresses were like sleeping on plywood. I sleep on my back, and I woke up with my tailbone hurting every morning. Everyone who stayed there for training complained about the mattresses.
We were happy with our stay. Ryan G and Natalie T at the Front desk made our entire stay helpful and accommodating as always. We will be back
My family stayed here last weekend. Our room was prepaid through hotels.com. After we left, we were charged AGAIN for our stay by the hotel. I have been trying to get a hold of the hotel for days and no one answers the phone. When I spoke with hotels.com they also could not get a hold of anyone that would help. Protect your credit card and stay somewhere else.
