The water pressure for the shower was very poor! The water trickled out! This is the reason for the 3 star for the room! The other room amenities are wonderful
We really liked our experience at this hotel. It was super clean. Our room was really spacey and had a mini kitchen. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, they upgraded our room from 1-king size bed to 2 full-size beds with a couch without any extra charges, they also went above and beyond to satisfy some of our friends requests. The gym had a lot of equipment (unlike other gyms thar have very limited optiins) and the pool was very clean and warmed up to our liking. The breakfast had lots of our favorite options. Carla T. in group sales/management is an absolute GEM. She was able to accommodate our entire soccer team during a tournament. Hotel is centrally located, pool, gym and complimentary breakfast! Free parking is also a plus. But- Carla absolutely is the icing on the cake at this location! Would recommend and hope to stay again if we play near this location in the future!
