Maria N was extremely Rude I would rather leave no starts she lacks hospitality and customer service 100% while trying to discuss a group block She cut me off during our conversation and then just transferred me to a random voicemail I tried calling back 3xs and she immediately put me on hold each call i had to call in from a different number just to get assistance
This place is fantastic ! The staff are wonderful ! The only issue we had was the animals (dogs) people took them in the breakfast eating area and some even had two dogs ! It says no dogs in the eating area ! I don't want to eat with dogs next to me and smell them when eating ! They also took them into the pool area ! It clearly says no animals in the pool area !
