THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I booked two nights 5 months in advance. A couple months before our planned stay, we changed our flight and would only be staying one night (night 2). I looked up their cancellation policy and found I would not be refunded the first night, which is standard with most hotels nowadays and I accepted I would be out that money. I’ve stayed at Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites (same building/ same reception) on Seawall Blvd, and I liked them both for different reasons. Tru feels newer and more modern — the room was super clean, and I had a great water view. The breakfast was good, and it’s perfect for a short beach trip. Home2 Suites has bigger rooms with a little kitchen, which is nice if you’re staying a few days or traveling with family. It’s quieter and feels more like a small apartment.
