Excellent hotel. Decent staff. Food was good as well.
This is a reasonably priced, well maintained hotel in a great part of Ft. Worth. I've stayed here twice. The rooms are well maintained, nicely appointed and clean. There is an outside pool tucked away in a corner-- unremarkable but clean and well maintained. The foyer is comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast is good. Elevators are well maintained and the rooms have a mini-suite vibe with stoves, fridges, sinks, cloth partitions--extremely useful for a stay of a few days. Parking is easy in/easy out. Why the hell would you guys cancel on us the DAY BEFORE? We’ve had this trip booked since February. If you overbooked people due to the BTS concert that’s on you. 0/10 service and we will not be booking at all in the future
I’ve stayed at this Home2 Suites regularly for the last 3–4 months and am a Diamond Reserve member. I’m also a pretty easygoing guest. I check in, stay, and leave. I’ve had issues here before and never felt the need to leave a bad review. Unfortunately, tonight was different, and more because of how the situation was handled than the issue itself. Very nice Hotel, was perfect since we were going to a concert at Dickies Arena. The only problem we ran into was a lack of restaurants in the area. We missed out on Dinner, but we're close enough to walk to the Arena. They also had a great breakfast buffet before we checked out.
