Your staff was very kind and hospitable and made my stay wonderful, big thanks to Carlos, Sam, Steph and rain. Would definitely stay here again. Only critique would be the breakfast
Love this place! The service is always top notch! Carlos and Sam are so attentive and keep us laughing. The whole front desk crew are always so helpful and polite. Housekeeping is on point every time and so kind. I stay here every time I'm in the area for work. They always make you feel like family. :)
I just want to say thank you to Ali for taking such great care of my elderly mom and dad while I was in the hospital at HCA for my surgery. They told me how warm and helpful Ali was, and how he made them feel comfortable and not worry every day. Fantastic hotel! They really love the people there. Great job, Ali!
