So they are doing construction but what they don't tell you is that it involves overnight flooring installation outside your door... 1:30 in the morning and all you hear is the floor scraping... absolutely ridiculous. Called the front desk and was told they can provide ear plugs... never been this disappointed with a hotel, last time I will be staying with them. No respect for their guests.
The hotel only cleaned the room every 3-4 days ( I was here for 21 days it got cleaned 6 times). Constantly running out of towels
They are unfortunately in the middle of renovations.
