Had a great experience at Home2 Suites! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Big shoutout to Mily—she was super helpful and friendly the whole time. You can tell she really cares about the guests. Definitely made my stay better. Thank you, Mily!
Room smelled bad, ice bucket full of trash, not enough towels, super hot in hallways, outlets kept tripping/resetting, motion sensing light was a nuisance. No digital check-in because they have to give you a parking pass. Charge for parking outside in a mostly empty parking lot (since right by airport). Insisted on additional security deposit and photo ID as well despite having already checked in with Hilton Honors app. Bathroom in lobby was out of service for entire stay (3 days).
