Excellent location. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make us all feel welcome for my son’s wedding. Liz, Sebastian, Luis and Monique were all so helpful and professional.
My stay here was great. The property is quiet and very welcoming. I’ve stayed at the other property tru and there was a lot more traffic compared to here at home 2. The staff was great, my room service was up the tier. The only down side is my lotion and conditioner in the bathroom were empty and needed to be refilled, the fromt desk girl Melinea gave me the small size until housekeeping was able to make it to my room to address the issue. Highly recommend! The rooms are spacious and very clean The pool area laundry room and gym lovely They're pet friendly The staff here are kind professional and knowledgeable My family had the pleasure to meet some of the most welcoming sweet staff members Sebastian, Desmond, Melany, Monique, Malina, Amanda, Zach, Lewis, Emmanuel, Ms. Veronica. The hotel itself was good. Room was spacious, clean, and the cleaning staff came by every day to see if we needed anything. Free laundry machines and free breakfast, too! Some of the front desk staff were amazing, a couple were ok. Unfortunately, the pool was nasty. If they didn’t have a pool, the hotel would have gotten 5 stars. But there was a pile of right by the steps to get into the pool, tons of debris in and around it, and the water wasn’t even clear. So hotel is great, if you don’t plan on using the pool.
