While on a business trip to Fl City, I stayed here for the location and the breakfast. The rooms are being renovated and I am very pleased with the quality of the improvements to the rooms. The evening shift clerk is Very kind and helpful. Sweet lady to be sure. The rate is fair and I added to my rewards points. I’ll be sure and stay here again. Enjoy.

Overall the staff is nice, I was given the wrong room and my room key was given to someone else. Thankfully we were in the room or this other group would have had access to all of our luggage that included two laptops, an expensive watch, passport, my wedding band as well as all of our luggage. There is not a safe in the room to lock valuables. The bad part of the stay came with no amenities. I’m scheduled for a 2 and a half month stay and I’ve enjoyed every minute I’ve been here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with any problem that arisen, especially Melina! The location is nestled perfectly between Miami and the Keys, allowing for similar travel time to do tourist things. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing lodging in the Florida city area.
