We have stayed here for the convenience and cleanliness however, this past stay was extremely dissapointing, carpeting in the rooms had the doggy odor, and I love dogs however whatever shampooer they used didnt work. There was assorted trash on the floors i had to pick up, wrappers, candy pieces etc..Even at breakfast, the clean silverware had food on them in the drawers, the breakfast was plentiful and staff very friendly!

Had a reservation and the morning of check in my daughter fell sick with food poisoning I called to cancel our reservation because we all just wanted to go home and dealing with a sick child while out and about isn't ideal so we called to cancel and give them the reason but we were told that the management wanted to uphold the room charge for the day which we wanted to cancel due to our child being sick. I recently stayed at this location while traveling for work. I usually stay at this location while visiting Florence due to the excellent customer service. The rooms are always clean and spacious. The staff do not complain when you ask for extra towels or items needed to shower. I have to give one employee her flowers, Ms. Dee, for going above and beyond to ensure i had something hot for breakfast. Just a great hotel that represents the Hilton brand, the right way!

Make this your stop off of 95! Rates are reasonable, room was spacious, bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Plenty of restaurants and stores around if you need. Breakfast was awesome and well cared for (clean set up, refrigeration etc.) Highly recommend! 5 stars from me!
