Newer hotel, BUT 1) room smells 2) cleaning crew is Sub-par 3) other guests are out of control (kids running around knocking on our door and leaving huge pile of pool towels and trash outside their room making us walk around) Stopped here and paid over 200 for my family too break up a 10 hour ride home and now wishing I kept going... the 4+ rating is well over rated. MANAGEMENT LACKS
This is the worst hotel ever. We reserved a room with a king and they gave us a smelly room with 2 queens. The internet would not log us in so they said to use someone else’s name as the log in. Then around midnight the staff was banging on our door saying we weren’t registered. Turns out the room they put us in was supposed to be given to a different guest, whom had arrived and saw our do-not-disturb placard. Plus, they gave our king-bed room to someone else.
