Great location,near a large mall and several restaurants. The room appeared clean except the shower which has brown accumulated dirt and/ or mildew in one corner and the shower pan ledge. A deep clean would make me more comfortable.
Its after 2300. I got up this morning, went to work and drove several hours until we had to stop for the night. As tired as I am, I'm unable to sleep because every noise and footstep of every room near me is very efficiently transmitted into my room. Its wild how much noise makes its way though the walls and ceiling. Ive never stayed somewhere so poorly insulated as this place. Hopefully the cacophony dies down soon so I can get some rest!
The staff was super nice but the room was very dusty and the showers had mold everywhere. Was not clean at all
Dirty bathroom! The counter was dirty and the towels were also filthy! The sink drain was also clogged. We arrived and while we were checking in, I inquired if the hotel gives discounts to first responders. The person at the desk didn't give a verbal answer; she just looled at me and shook her head "no." I felt as if we were bothering her. Very dirty room. The bathroom was not cleaned, the sink was very slow like it had a clogged, the glassware was dirty, there was a stain on the carpet, the bottles in the shower one was torn off the wall and the screws sticking out the back so when you grabbed it they stabbed you and the lighting was vet harsh. We stayed in the location in Naples for the last few days. This was a major step down from the Naples location. We switched hotel chains that we stay at because of the stay we had at Naples.
