My family and I were traveling for death in the family. We chose this location because it was close our destination, and I will never come back to this location. The staffing at this location did not make this a pleasant stay, there was a mild odor in our room and pieces of hair in the shower. Have no good breakfast bar
DO NOT STAY HERE! I wish I could give 0 stars. This one star is a gift from google forcing you to leave at least one which is unfair because they absolutely did not earn it. The staff is dismissive, rude , inconsiderate and unbothered. Those who weren’t just point blank ignore you as if you don’t exist and they don’t care. No concern to ensure you feel safe or are safe and none to resolve issues in a fair manner. Right is right and wrong is wrong at the end of the day. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, and I wasn't too impressed with the water pressure. The carpet felt moist-ish. Overall everything was very clean, though he morning breakfast was delicious.
Room was lg and appeared clean. There a few suspicious dripping on doors. Pet friendly was nice even though I dont have a pet. Business center was also large and nice. Breakfast was not good, very minimal.
