Perfect location for quick access to the Fisher Event Center. The room is nice and clean. The service was friendly.
Just arriving to the room. The experience when checking in the front desk was horrible. More than 10 minutes waiting for someone from the hotels to appear, a line of 3 people waiting, some of the customers tired from waiting when to the back side of the front desk to look for a hotel employee. The employee looks to be upset and didn’t treat me well… let’s see how it goes the next days
Bathroom door was broken. Weird blood looking stains on floor. Empty candy wrappers found in drawer. Dried pee around toilet seat floor area and one of the beds seemed broken on one side (when you sat on one side it would hit the floor) Do not recommend room 406 until they fix these issues.
My stay at Hilton Home2 Suites was nothing short of exceptional! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed for a perfect stay. The service was top-notch from start to finish — you can tell this team truly cares about their guests. Customer service is a bit lacking. Did not even get my complimentary bag. The rooms were big enough and a plus with the fridge is not a mini fridge; so if you're staying longer and need to keep food refrigerated this is the place. Other than that, the place is clean and has pool and gym. Many places close by to eat and shop.
