We stayed overnight for a graduation party. The hotel staff were nice but the room and amenities were terrible. Our bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain and the tub was filthy. Our bedding was barely made when we arrived. The TV only had 7 channels at the most. The pool grounds were ok but there were no pool towels. When I went to the front desk, the attendant gave me 1 towel saying “This is all we have. Doing laundry.” There were 3 of us standing there. This is a Hilton issue. I don’t blame staff. Although the hotel looks new, we were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and facilities. The beds had stains and hair on them, and the bathroom washbasin was not properly cleaned either. There was no bath soap in the shower, so we had to use shampoo instead. To make it worse, many of the utensils were still sitting in the dishwasher and were not clean. Great hotel for long stays. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Some odds and end minor stuff with the room but overall a great place to stay.
