Nice room for the night, my Air B&B was double booked
They do a good job. It could be better. Had to change rooms for the lack of cleaning in the first. The second room was clean, but dated. I did get my clean room.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures online, pool is filthy. Waited hours for a room to be ready, when I asked for another room bc it’s nothing like the pictures, I was told “all the rooms are the same.” Asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else and was denied. I paid over $500 to stay here two nights and it’s worse than the $60 hotels in town. Stay somewhere else. Even my kids complained about the hotel
The hotel is clean, the beds were comfortable, the pillows were not bad. The front Check in staff and anyone who spoke to us were smiling and helpful. A big shoutout to Jessica and Korrina at the desk were very helpful with beautiful smiles! It was much needed as I arrived with a migraine 🤗. Nicest hotel I have been in a long time TY
