I love this place
Shower curtains were very dirty, as was the bottom of the tub, also both tv in the room r very outdated
Same home2 as you would expect, HOWEVER IF YOU WERE WISE YOU WOULD CHOOSE HOMEWOOD SUITES DOWN THE ROAD A HUNDRED FEET. WHO EVER OWNS THIS LOCATION DOES NOT PAY TO FIX BROKEN HOTEL. POOL BROKEN, SIDE DOOR LOCKS BROKEN, DIGITAL KEY NON EXISTANT. WHOEVER OWNS THIS LOCATION BUILT THE HOTEL AND USES IT AS A CASH COW MEANWHILE FIXING NOTHING SINCE OPENING. 150 A NIGHT FIX THE LOCKS, FIX THE POOL, FIX YOUR PERSPECTIVE.
Rooms were nice and big. Full kitchen. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was very weird and not good. And the fire alarm went off twice around 1:45am and then 2:30am which was very inconvenient as I had to be up early. I would stay again only because the rooms were very nice.
Smh just horrible. Hire a whole new cleaning crew. Especially one with fresh smelling clothes, if I could throw up in my mouth and like it, I would. This use to be excellent housekeeping service 4 years ago. I remember being here thru covid in 2021, and the rooms were fresh and clean and the staff was very short. But they did their best and it was great. Now, throw the whole staff away and the managers.
