Overall, the facility and service were fine. My primary complaint is that the smoking area is right outside the main entrance. On arrival, one is greeted by the scent of tobacco smoke and ashtrays. There must be local ordinances against tobacco smoke outside the entrance. Nothing like the aroma of cancer sticks upon arrival. That will prevent any return visits for me.
We stayed overnight for a graduation party. The hotel staff were nice but the room and amenities were terrible. Our bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain and the tub was filthy. Our bedding was barely made when we arrived. The TV only had 7 channels at the most. The pool grounds were ok but there were no pool towels. When I went to the front desk, the attendant gave me 1 towel saying “This is all we have. Doing laundry.” There were 3 of us standing there. This is a Hilton issue. I don’t blame staff.
