Bad customer service. We came here at early at 1 pm cause of our flight, front lady would not check in early, she says room is not ready. She could have called the service and got them ready in 30 minutes but no they have an attitude even with Hilton honor members.
We stay here every month or so when visiting our grandson. Everything is comfortable EXCEPT the elevator is our of order almost every other visit.
