Leeann at overnight front desk was very sweet and kind. She was amazing when it came to attending us! Definitely made our night
It is located very close to DFW airport. The check in process was easy and check in staff was helpful. The room was spacious and well maintained. There was some issue with clogged sink which was fixed by maintenance team. The breakfast is ordinary. You won’t miss much if you skip it. Fitness area is well maintained and spacious. There is plenty of parking at the location. Good location and spacious room deserve five star rating.
Stayed at this location for almost 3 weeks due to a home restoration, after trying different AirBnB places with sketchy beds and safety concerns we decided on a home suite from Hilton because their beds are awesome no matter where you go, also linen service, cleaning that Airbnb doesn’t give you. A secure lobby, breakfast buffet, a gym. Great staff at this location, but this lady was super helpful many times during our stay (forgot her name).
