Picked this place hoping we could be able to cook during the week. Need to do more homework next time Only real complaint is.the refrigerator still had other people's leftovers in it. Need to do better at making the room ready for the next guest.
Beds have hair all in sheets and cleanliness and service is lacking.
Dirty. Dirty shower with someone elses hair. Dirty grout lines that were not cleaned in a while. The dirt came off with my finger. Dirty stained carpet,. I had to wear my shoes. black mold in the seam of the sink. Toilet ran and ran. Toothpaste behind the faucet on the wall. Dirty glasses. All for $175.00 per night. Shameful, really.
Disappointing for a Hilton property. The rooms are starkly contemporary and not homey at all. The whole property is stark, cubits and a bit bleak. The Hampton Inn next door - also a Hilton property that we stayed at 4 days earlier - is the better choice if you want classic comfort and a homey feel.
