This hotel is in a fantastic location near various shops such as Walmart and Dollar Tree, all within walking distance. The woman at the front desk who checked me in, named Karen, was quite friendly and had a great sense of humor that made our interactions fun and enjoyable. As a diamond member, I got a text message informing me that my room was prepared ahead of schedule. That was a significant advantage as some in my group werein need of an afternoon nap. The room was very well laid out, spacious and clean. Unfortunately the noise from the interstate was so loud I wasn't able to sleep.

I did a walk up rather than an advanced reservation. I had just gone to another Hilton property down the street; they wouldn't let me do the reservation with the special rate I wanted unless I downloaded an app on my phone. At Home2Suites, Haley got my laptop connected to the Internet and everything got done. Haley also helped my wife with a separate issue. Besides this, the room was clean and everything worked.
