Great stay here!
The actual stay was fine, but the customer service post stay was abysmal. I reported a missing reading lamp/charger. Front desk staff ‘Daran’ was dismissive and rude. Was supposed to receive a phone call from housekeeping management the next day, there was nothing. I called twice and was put straight on hold. The spoke directly to Hilton, so I got a phone call from front desk, they apparently looked into it and my lamp was not in lost property. Requested call from manager, but again, nothing.
