Our ringette team stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Edmonton South during provincials and the staff were incredible. Dave helped organize our group block and secured a private space for team meals and meetings, and the rooms were spotless, spacious, and perfect for players sharing and airing out equipment. They even opened breakfast early for our game schedule. From booking to check-out, the communication and service were exceptional. Don’t stay here - terrible experience and staff not willing to accommodate a request to make up a room. If you use digital key, beware, you don’t know what you don’t know. Manager was completely unresponsive, in other words, took zero ownership for the situation. I get this is a 4th tier Hilton property brand, but shame on Hilton for not holding licensed properties to a minimum standard.
