It was a strange experience with the staff being quite unprofessional. The breakfast was interesting as it didn’t contain much and was not filling. 15$ a night if you want to park your car there which was strange to me considering I’ve never seen that before
We stayed at Home2 Suites Eagan for 10 nights during our Army PCS move and overall had a very positive experience. The highlight of our stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our visit. Manager Nick deserves special recognition for going above and beyond, including upgrading our room and helping make a stressful move much easier for our family. We arrived April 14 and left May 20. We came for our son’s Macalester baseball games and senior graduation. During that time our family experienced a wedding, sickness, and losing our precious dog. The staff was kind, warm, and accommodating during it all. This place felt like home away from home and I can’t thank them enough for that. We felt safe, comfortable, and cared for by everyone there. Thank you for everything and we look forward to seeing you all next spring for another graduation.
