Do not stay here. They have bedbugs. The staff gaslights you into thinking your bed bugs are wood ticks… which I’m not so sure is any better. My room was filthy, there was someone else’s food in the refrigerator when I checked in. When I told the front desk there were bed bugs they pretended to be confused but then it was clear that this was not the only time they’ve heard this because a eavesdropping staff member said “again” out loud when I complained. Beware !!!

We showed up to Fairfield Inn and Suites tired and exhausted from a day of travel. The front desk clerk was amazing. We were having trouble getting into our room. She came up with us and helped us get in. The room was super clean and welcoming. Ounjaniese did an amazing job getting us to our Delta departure gate. She opened the door to the shuttle, loaded our luggage and we had a blast chatting it up before our early flight. Keep it up girlfriend!
