Very nice Hotel in Dothan Al. Wonderful location.
Our room was absolutely disgusting. There was food on the side of the couch. Our feet were so dirty from walking on the floor for just a few minutes. I took a washcloth and wiped one of the tiles and the washcloth was black from the dirt. That floor wasn't mopped. There was food crumbs on the floor and dirt everywhere. It was just awful. I have photos but this review option isn't giving me an option to post the pictures. We stayed in room 311 from 6/13 to 6/14 The name it was under is Lawrence, T
Home 2 Suites by Hilton what a bust. The management, was downright rude, brushing off my questions like I was invisible. The beds? Not even made, with crumpled sheets and pillows tossed around like nobody cared. Never staying here again, what a mess!
1. I had a terrible experience. Our house was getting remodeled so we decided to stay at Home 2 Suites in Dothan. I paid almost $1200. For a week The first room I walked into the wall was all patched up wasn’t even painted in spots and there was dirt on the carpet the second room they put us in for are inconvenience the caulking that they used to seal the edge of the bathtub was smeared all over the tile and to top it all off the woman at the front desk name, Susan was completely rude and disrespectful, and absolutely no bed... read more
Great Hilton to stay at! Although my family and I only stayed one night it was great. Everything was clean and the staff was super nice. Whenever we went into the lobby we always saw a staff member cleaning be it the gym, the doors, windows, vacuuming. It was so nice to know we were in a location where they cared about cleanliness. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.
