Breakfast could improve.
Everything was good. Room was clean and well stocked (meaning the bathroom). The bed was comfortable as was the pullout couch. It was roomy enough for 2 adults and 3 children (ages 11 to 6.) The kitchen area was nice; enough plates, flatware, and cups/glasses for us. The kitchen had dish soup, a dish cloth and dish towel to handle any clean up. Nice place! We would stay there again. Airport was about 15 minutes more or less but then we needed to be at the airport by 0500 .
My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When we arrived on Thursday, there was no staff available to assist with check-in. Our digital keys didn’t work, and we were left sitting in the lobby for nearly an hour tired from a long flight and unable to access the room we had already booked even though we had checked in on the app. Once someone finally arrived, we were checked into a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite it being listed as non-smoking.
