Update: A month later, same issue, there is never a manager on duty to assist, it's ridiculous. I had been calling for two days to get a hold of the manager for the paperwork I needed. No one in the front desk had information on when the manager would be there. When I called to cancel since I wouldn't be getting the paperwork on time, they wanted to charge me a fee. The person in the front desk wanted me to cancel online even though I told him I didn't have the option to do so.
Had a great stay. Very friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Do not count on getting a breakfast. Also do not count on anyone caring if you got a breakfast.
