I really amaze the place inside and out ..the manager he's so nice he let as check out at 3 pm and I love the gym also the view so nice ..room very clean
Good breakfast, nice pool, clean/modern room. However, the main entrance of the hotel was a designated SMOKING area. Every single time we entered/exited the hotel, we had to walk through and breathe secondhand cigarette smoke. I don't see how this isn't a city code violation. Most public places don't allow smoking at the entrances/exits but this hotel seemed to celebrate it as there was a beautiful patio with plenty of seating which encouraged people to linger and smoke. I would love to say the staff is amazing shout out to Elizabeth and Emily they always ready and willing to help with any problems! If your looking for a nice place to stay this is place. All the other staff are amazing as well.I forgot to mention the man the mith Mr Dwight the cook in the mornings very nice and always ready to help in anyway!! And I can forget about my man Chip he is awesome I will always stay here when I come to cullman!! Thanks for the awesome hospitality and service.

Do not book this hotel through Priceline! We arrived and were told they do not do business with Priceline and had cancelled our reservation on the day it came in. Priceline should have notified us of this and contacted us. Instead we arrived after a long drive to find out we didn’t have a room. The hotel staff was very nice and they did have rooms available, thank goodness. Unfortunately, not at the price we had already paid, in full, to Priceline. We had to call Priceline and get a refund.
