Hotel canceled on us days before we were to arrive. They said it was Expedia booking issue, but we booked direct with Hilton. They did rebook us but it was too far away and did not honor the original booked rate. I had to cancel and rebook at a closer hotel and we still had a 40 minute drive to our event.
Breakfast was supposed to be at 6. The person arrived late with no Sense of urgency? 615 still not open! Unacceptable as I have stayed at Hilton for last 30 years! This is not Hilton standard! I will be contacting corporate! The employee responsible should not be in the service industry! I have 30 years on retail and service industry and this is totally unacceptable! I will not be staying at this location again! Get it together? What you do affects others and the nonchalant attitude is not condusive to the Hilton brand
Ez on and off highway. Great front desk gal Barbara. Lobby smells wonderful, all clean and fresh!, room awesome with fridge, dw, microwave, etc. Lots of restaurants and gas stations closeby.
