The dryer didnt work which was OK just a small inconvenience. Breakfast definitely wasnt what was showed on the website. We could overlook the small things until we were charged for smoking in our room which we absolutely did not do and anybody could clearly tell by walking in the room and seeing we had a smoke detector and our room clearly didnt smell like smoke. So i do not recommend staying here.
Only complaint was the pillows. Didnt care for them.
I strongly advise against staying here. When I checked in, the front desk agent explicitly assured me I was on a floor with no families or children. Despite this, a family with several loud children was placed in the room directly next to mine, resulting in screaming throughout the night. When I contacted the front desk, the same agent was incredibly aloof, implying I was 'the problem' and falsely claiming a security guard had patrolled the halls and heard nothing. This is one of the only places I’ve stayed where I wasn’t greeted by staff when I walked in. Guess they’re going for the whole “home” vibe vs a hotel friendly vibe! The amenities are excellent; sink, full fridge, microwave etc. Rooms are clean. View of highway/parking lot from room. Good AC! Beds are ok. Lots of breakfast options in the morning.
This is my go to place to stay when I return to Corpus Christi. It is worth every bit of the comfort you are looking for. They are in the right spot.
