Don't use this place if you are traveling with kids and are needing connecting rooms. They screwed us and would not honor the Hilton guarantee on connecting room
We have had so many nice stays with Home2Suites in the past making this trip an even bigger disappointment. Traveling with a large family can be difficult when trying to book rooms that can accommodate all of us. We were traveling in to Cookeville for a wedding so when we booked our stay, we wanted to guarantee we had adjoining rooms so all of my children had beds and could be with a parent overnight. Awful customer service. Booked 2 adjoining room months in advance since we are traveling with our 5 kids. Called early the morning of check-in and verified that they were adjoining, got there an hour before check-in and was told they had already given one of our rooms out and didn't have any more adjoining rooms available.
Very clean, pet friendly & breakfast provided. Bed was comfy, water was hot!
