Just a warning about this hotel. One for being a Hilton I expected better, extremely disappointed. The room was.... The mattress you could feel the springs in the one I slept and it made noise when you slept or moved. The rug looked dirty as the bottom mattress area did. My family member asked to have something taken care of which never happened. I had to use the lobby bathroom one day with no paper towels or soap. Spacious rooms at this hotel. A really great value for a family to have ample space to spread out. The included breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from. Staff was attentive to customer needs. The pool is well maintained and there is a little putt-putt area behind the hotel for guests to use.
I did not see a room as I was in conference room, but the hotel is beautiful. It was very clean, breakfast smelled wonderful and staff was very friendly. The pool looked nice and has many amenities.
Great location right off I-40. Rooms were clean and spacious and the service was great! We actually got a call from Shania at the hotel enroute to get our arrival time so they could have our room ready. There are lots of eating and shopping places in walking distance and it is just a short distance from the historic downtown. Adding to our list of places to stay when we are traveling through the area!
Services were phenomenal! I always love staying at this hotel 2 suites compared to most hotels.
