I had spoken to two separate workers about a constant beeping that was coming from something in our room all night. I’m pregnant with two toddlers and this kept me up all night when sleep was much needed. I had video of this beeping as well and it only stopped the next morning when I unplugged everything in the room. Both employees at the desk just said oh I’m sorry without offering a solution or some rewards back or anything at all, so I’m not sure why there are promises written on the walls to “let us make it right.” We ar... read more

Clean spacious rooms. Comfy beds and pillows. Awesome showers. What else do you need.
I actually enjoyed my stay here until I woke up to bites all over my legs and bed bugs. I checked out and asked to speak with the manger (Misty Reed) Who was not only absolutely rude she was unsympathetic and stated with a smirk there would be zero compensation because there’s no proof? Meanwhile I have bites all over my legs and see video attached. As a Hilton member this is absolutely unacceptable.
