Just want to thank the great staff at this hotel for a clean room, great food and exceptional service. I don't know if they have a very effective training program here that teaches people how to make guests feel good or if it just comes natural to all their staff, but they are definitely doing things right. Special shout out to Cynthia and Stephanie who made our breakfast experience extra special. They ran that kitchen as if they had a real vested interest in the guests satisfaction. Look no further if you are looking for a place to stay in Cookeville. Friendly staff, large CLEAN rooms, reasonable rates and good breakfast. Our room had a large fridge, dishes, dishwasher microwave and fold out sofa.

Got double charged, and it took 7 business days to return money on account. I'm a diamond member and spend 70k yearly. And this is one of the locations I would spend your money at.
We had a wonderful stay at this location! From the very beginning we received a friendly message from Jessica welcoming us! We were a late arrival and we were greeted by the from desk and welcomed with a smile. The room was spacious and allowed us to spread out after being in the car for awhile! The shower water was hot and the water pressure was decent! The breakfast was delicious and the attendants met all our requests! It was a fairly busy day and they stayed on top of the buffet making sure it was stocked!
