Convenient location with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a Walmart not too far away for anything else one might need while traveling. The rooms are clean, the staff is wonderful. A couple things to note: during rush hour, leaving depends on the kindness of other drivers letting you merge in. There are only two exits, both onto Fisher Rd., which can get pretty congested during certain times of day. As other reviews have mentioned there is STILL NO HOT WATER!!! They responded to another review 4 days ago saying they “have advised maintenance to fix the issue” but the water from the shower and both sinks in my room is lukewarm at best (don’t get me started on the pressure either). 0 stars I do not recommend - please go stay literally anywhere else! I’m shocked they are getting away with this considering they are operating under the Hilton brand.

I previously spoke with the General Manager regarding a private matter and was asked to return on a specific day. When I arrived, she was not there and I was directed to another manager, Miss Shaila. In the past, every staff member I’ve interacted with at this hotel has been polite and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with Miss Shaila was very different.
