After booking my 5 day reservations over 5 weeks in advance I was cancelled the day before check in , with little empathy or support ! I called back still polite and courteous just for them to double down “sorry call Hilton” BUT Lah was amazing ! Thanks Lah !!! You deserve 5Stars but the management team left me highly disappointed and must do better !
Let's start with the bad then move to the good. The kitchen staff not friendly at all. And don't waste your time on their free breakfast. When 50% of the food and drinks are non-existent. I don't know how you can have a drink dispenser with orange juice, apple juice and kiwi strawberry and the machine only dispensed water. No yogurt, no eggs. French toast sticks that I can drive nails with bagels just as hard. It was disheartening spending that much money for a hotel and then my family and I having to leave to go buy breakfa... read more
