Great stay! Arrived in the late evening and was really frustrated my digital key wasn’t ready. Receptionist was super friendly and patient with this tired, grouchy traveler. She kindly recommended I receive a room key since the digital one might take a while. Sure enough by the time I was getting settled in my room, the digital key was ready. Thank you for the hospitality.

This was my first time in Ohio. The hotel and room was very nice. The not so good things were the bathroom's mirror was not bright ( probably needed to change the bulbs) and the breakfast...there was nothing but poor fruit, no sausage, no eggs, no bacon, etc. We had to go out to eat and that was 8:00am. Breakfast was scheduled from 7-10 am

Front desk, very unhelpful not accommodating at all and has a very vague attitude about questions and concerns, and upgrades. Be careful because you will be lied to about rooms being available when there’s a first come first serve basis.. Below is a picture of my first experience Here after one day. This is the only Home 2 Suites I’ve had an issue with. They have a give you what we got attitude. Location convenient for work.
