I'm in the area quite a bit for work and always make a point to book here. Lots of parking every stay and the night staff at the desk are fantastic. Added bonus in the free breakfast is well above your average hotel morning food. I had a breakfast sandwich on a pretzel bun today
2/5 Stars We stayed at Home2 Suites West Columbus from June 7-10 and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, our room was very clean, and we really enjoyed the layout. The pool was clean, open, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was tasty each morning, and our laundry came out great. Overall, the property itself was clean and comfortable. The lights in our bathroom were dimmed and it was hard to see. The room was nice other than the drain smell from the bathroom. Completely on us for not saying anything until checking out though. The breakfast was interesting and had a variety of mismatched things to make sandwiches out of? Had your standard waffle makers yogurts cereals, oatmeal, pastries. Not very many hot protein options vs carb breakfast options.
Horrible policy. Kitchen sink block lead to water overflow. Instead of fixing. The staff made me stay in the same room and the room was filled with stench after.
