I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times when I travel through for work. Always great service from check in to check out. Only complaint I have with this place is the pillows are terrible. Everytime I stay here, it’s the same type of pillow. Everything else is great. It’s clean, organized, service is good, parking is good.
Arrived at 5:30 pm on check in day. First room we were assigned, walked in and it hasn’t been cleaned or turned over. Second room we were given, walked in and it hasn’t been cleaned or turned over. Waited 45 mins for the first room to be cleaned only to learn that they gave that one to a family who just arrived while we sat and waited for the second one to then be cleaned. Disappointing stay at Home2 Suites Columbus, GA. Room was dirty (hair & dirt in shower; toe nails on the floor) reserved room type was changed without notice, and breakfast ran out early. Even with a partial discount, it wasn’t worth it. It gives motel vibes. Only stayed because I was with a large group. Additional, please ignore any replies from the owner regarding this review.
