The rooms that were reserved through Hilton were not available to us at check in, we were told they were over booked. It took 2 hours to fix the problem and we were not the only ones.The rooms unkempt, exhaust fan not working, bathroom door wouldn't stay closed,
From entry into the hotel to the greeting at the front desk, this has been a pleasant experience. The front desk agent was pleasant. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate our room needs. The house keeping agent met our request without complaint. Thank you for a great experience.
