Very professional and courteous staff. Did not have any issues at all. The breakfast was really great. I ate some chicken sausage for the first time ever and they were delicious.
The front desk receptionist upon check-in (Angelique) had the nastiest attitude; the hotel’s system was down which apparently frustrated her and she was taking it out on us customers. Our hotel room wasn’t cleaned well at all. The refrigerator and mirrors were FILTHY, someone’s hair left throughout the bathroom. I specifically called the front desk the next morning asking for housekeeping and was promised they’d send someone up when housekeeping’s shift begin. PayPal was very polite and friendly. She gave me choice of floors which were most quiet. Rooms were plain but very clean. Slight mold on door shower bottom. If I realized how much I was going to be paying with tax I may have gone to the Courtyard.
Got a suite here for my wife and I. Room itself was clean. Bathroom was another story. Pubic hairs all in the shower, hair all over the floor. Bathroom also needed a refresh. Dog food under couch. No ice bucket in main suite. For the price and it being a Hilton, was very disappointed. Gym was okay. However, treadmill slipped horribly. No towels either. Front desk supplied them when I asked however. Hotel generally seems to be poorly managed.
