My family works and lives in this community.Not kid friendly at all my children were disrespected too by guests services and housekeeping. Our family stayed at this hotel recently for the first time. When we checked in at the Guest Services we were stereotyped and frowned upon because of our ethnicity. My family heard them both speaking a foreign language about us. My stay at the Hilton in 6315 E Broad Columbus OH on March 11, 2026 was extremely disappointing and concerning. At check-in I was required to pay a $250 deposit, and I was told this was because previous guests had damaged the property. That explanation was troubling, especially considering there is a new Hilton directly across the street that only requires a $70 deposit. other then location, would not go back to this hotel. the restaurant next to the hotel was 10 times cleaner then anything in the hotel. the carpets in the hotel rooms were the absolute worst that I have ever seen in a hilton hotel, the smell inside the whole hotel was very very unpleasant. I know mattresses are up to peoples preference, but these mattresses in the rooms we had were about as bad as can be. Almost looks like it used to be a super8 motel and renamed.
