My friend Beth and I frequently stay at Hilton properties, but this stay was extremely disappointing. • The carpets throughout the hotel were visibly dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. • The pool area was the biggest issue. We were told the pool did not use chlorine, yet the chemical odor was so overwhelming that you could barely sit in the pool area while the kids were swimming. Everything was clean and fresh. Even the shower was spotless! Paper towels above shelf provided more counter space than other Home2 Suites. (So with all this perfection, why leave a chipped mug hanging on display?) Genet at check in is kind and professionally explained the $250 deposit (!!!). Arif at check out happily printed the receipt and shared travel stories and provided fabulous travel recommendations! Stayed in Room 204. Did not hear any outside noise including airplanes!!!

İt was very clean and full of amenities. Having parking space at the back of the hotel feels a little inconvenient before you check in.

The hotel was nice but the pool area was a joke. That pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in about a few months. And to put the cherry on the cake, a chlorine leak happened in the pool area. Staff was VERY unprofessional about it. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
