This was a great place to stay. Their continental breakfast was better than most. The rooms were clean but my bins had no garbage bags though. Other than that, everything was great and the staff were also great.
Window AC unit covered in black mold. Lady at the front desk was nice and gave us a refund because she couldn't find a room with an AC that didn't have black mold in it. I noticed Hilton and Marriot have this problem in a lot of their hotels. How hard is it for you guys to maintenance your AC units smh
Check in was easy. The 1 bedroom suite had a slight smell of urine, and the ac unit in the bedroom wasnt working. I reported this initially and the front desk sent a service person to check it out. They called a while later and let us know it was fixed. When we got back to our room I tried to turn the ac unit on and it shut off immediately. I tried a few more times and thankfully it worked long enough to cool off the room on a 105 degree summer day. The next morning it stopped working again but this time I smelt smoke.
