Hillton is a great place
On 2/28 my home was burned to the ground in a fire. On 3/1 I booked a hotel at Home 2 independence Ohio. My wallet, ID and all cards were lost in the fire along with all my possessions. I had only a suitcase and some clothes I had just bought. The disrespect and lack of human decency I was shown by all staff and ownership was beyond reprehensible. Was very disappointed by this Hilton property. For starters, the rooms are outdated, super small TV and uncomfortable beds. Even though we stood there 3 nights and it's posted that room service will come every other day, apparently they have no Friday or weekend service (see below picture of the message they sent me back). Weren't even willing to bring towels to the room. The breakfast buffet is also very lacking. Hot foods where only warm, very little variety. It’s Valentine’s Day and the guy at the at the desk at night has some a TERRIBLE attitude and act like he acts like he HATE his job and everybody who books here literally!! My skillet was broke and as I was walking up to him he looked completely annoyed with me already and didn’t try to make any accommodations at all for it.
