My room stinks like cigarettes and mildew there was hair in the refrigerator hair all over the bathtub, trash can is overflowing all over the ground outside the back entrance, i called front desk and ask the lady when she was not busy if she could come up to my room so she could smell the room for herself so I don't get charged a fee when i ck out for the smell that's in here, she said the mildew smell I'm smelling is coming from the air condition, she never came up to check out the smell herself, I cannot believe I paid 150... read more
Very good location surrounded by plenty to do . Shopping various restaurants ect. The staff is very polite and professional even though majority of housekeeping do not speak English. The first room i was given had a horrific smell... can't explain it .. smelled like housekeeping tried to cover up a dog urine smell ,u wouldn't be able to breathe in there.. I got my room. Switched no problem.. 2nd room had a slight smell like the carpet had been cleaned with old bleach water and not dried completely.. i just lit a fragrance ca... read more
Room was clean, staff was friendly, easy check in/out process, area was nice with lots of food and shopping options!
We stayed for 47 days in a 1 bedroom suite. It was great!!! The location was good, the cleaning service was even better, the hot breakfast was a plus with many options. Front desk attendants were very nice and very helpful. Would recommend staying here to anyone.
