Lord just dont leave anything. You'll never see it again. You'd think housekeeping would notice when things are left, i guess the more expensive an item is the less likely it will be "found"!
I visited herd for the first time on a certain day in September 2025. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. I'm going on the way to Indianapolis. This hotel is near the highway 65. The room was clean and quiet. There are a lot of restaurant around. The staff was good. They werd very kind for me.
I made my reservation in March of this year. I had a one night stay booked on points for September 19th, 2025. I randomly get an email saying that my reservation has been canceled. I called and asked what in the world was going on because I certainly did NOT cancel my reservation when I have an event I paid a pretty penny to attend in the area. I was told the property was overbooked and that my points were returned to me and that they started canceling the reservations that had been booked most recent. So basically because I... read more
