I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Home2 Suites. The customer service and overall condition of the hotel were unacceptable. During check-in, one employee who appeared to be pregnant was on FaceTime and speaking extremely loudly while assisting a guest. The parking is two blocks away from the hotel and quite frankly paying 70.00 dollars a night to park your own car and walk two blocks is expensive, the room was nice and clean, but we had no linen for the pull out bed in the room, but room service quickly rectified that, the included breakfast was a good, just wish they would consider everyone doesn't eat pork, but overall the staff was nice, rooms were clean and and it was in good walking distance of restaurants and other things to do.

The staff was nice and the location was good, but unfortunately, my stay wasn’t the best. The breakfast was okay, and the room itself was just okay. My biggest issue was the smell. The room smelled strongly like feet, and I’m not sure if the carpets need a deep cleaning or what, but it definitely gave me the ick. 😩 We also stayed for 3 nights and our room was never serviced once, which was disappointing.
