The staff is fantastic! The location can't be beat. Only hangup was that our window was opened as we checked in - and our room was right above the restaurant which uses a wood fired grill. Smelled delish but after a while you get weary of having that smoke fired flavor all over you.

This is what your hard earn money pays for when you try to enjoy the fruits of your labor. The room is decent but this is why I bring my own blankets and pillow because you just don’t know what you’re getting. No apology no nothing I’m disappointed and will never come back. I wanted to extend my stay another day to spend time with my son but at what cost. This is just nasty at least get a manager or supervisor to inspect these rooms before handing your customers a key.

I was traveling and was trying to find a hotel in downtown Chicago, I usually stay at Hilton so figured this would be a good idea. I used Booking.com and the app changed the date automatically and set it for November, this was supposed to be for September. It clearly showed that it was supposed to be for September 11th and not November 11th, called Booking.com and told them about the error on their side which they agreed about and said they would reach out to the property.
