Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti. La posizione e' ottimale per raggiungere tutte la zona del centro e del pier. Colazione internazionale accettabile.personale reception educato e cortese. Camera in buone condizioni, unica pecca la pulizia delle camere, compreso lo svuotamento dei cestini, assente per tutti i 4 giorni. Sinceramente mai successo che, pagando un soggiorno non venissero mai eseguite le pulizie, nonostsnte ci sia la scritta che sarebbero state eseguite a giorni alterni. Questo proprio inaccettabile
Would leave 0 stars if I could. The staff here is atrocious and more akin to Wendy's employees or Weiner Circle people than Hilton staff, as noted in other reviews. Aside from the location, everything about this hotel is stressful. (Even the location is kinda crap) We had a 1 bedroom king suite which could have worked but experienced multiple issues everyday despite trying to give the staff the benefit of the doubt. I think it's a pretty good stay for the price, breakfast is just what you need to start the day, room was clean, bed was comfy and the location is pretty much a short walk from everything else. Don't expect anything insanely fancy but it's worth the stay, the staff will surely make you feel at home.
