This hotel has a very bad customer service. Did a reservation for 7 nights. Never came to give us towels or fix the beds. When I asked for towels the front desk lady said that I will get them when she tell the maintenance person. 30 minutes went by and still didn't have anything. Called the front desk they told me that it will take another 30 minutes and been waiting for 45 minutes and still dont have anything. Also the breakfast is the same food every day. Just arrived and the front counter gentleman was rude so dry not welcoming at all like a robot not even a thank you or enjoy your stay Hopefully the other employees are more welcoming
Wonderful place to stay, rooms are traveler friendly & the location is great. Very clean.
Staff were curt and even aggressive when I complained about services that were supposed to be included in the room price but were neglected. The extra bed didn't get a proper blanket — it only showed up on the third day. Breakfast ranged from decent to terrible. If you didn't show up right when breakfast started, you were left twiddling your thumbs. Staff response to breakfast shortcomings was slow.
