I had an overnight stay @ Home2 Suites East Ridge while driving from Florida to the Midwest. The property exterior & interior spaces appeared well maintained, and the lobby/lounge/breakfast space on the first floor was well furnished & comfortable. The front desk support was spotty, but the clerks were attentive when engaged. The daily breakfast quality & selection were average. First stay at this particular Hilton brand, but won’t be the last!!! Fantastic value, room, breakfast, cleanliness, proximity for food… Everything!

My friends and I recently stayed at this hotel, primarily because we knew the kids would enjoy the pool. We were excited to spend time swimming, and we ended up in the water for about six hours before and after dinner. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a significant issue with the pool’s cleanliness. While the staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable, we couldn’t ignore the condition of the pool.
