When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Veronica at the front desk she was so kind and truly a prime example of excellent customer service. She was very informative about the hotel amenities as well as restaurant recommendations. The room was very clean and comfortable. What a great experience overall. Will definitely be back whenever I come back to Charlottesville.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly racist. I was born and raised in New York and was referred to as someone from a third world country.
Large clean rooms, lobby and other common areas clean and bright. Met at check in by Veronica, she was so helpful, pleasant and a pure joy to work with. She helped us out by suggesting areas to see, restaurants etc. Top notch person....THANK YOU VERONICA.
