This was our first time staying at Home2 Suites. We loved it. Only stayed for one night while Passing through Charlotte, would definitely stay again. Rooms are big and bathroom was spacious and clean. Comfy beds and we had a great view of the city.
May family and I love the premiere stays that Hilton offers. We tried Home2 Suites for the first time and was very delighted about the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The suites orientation was nicer than expected but the Fengsui could of been better. Breakfast included alternate meat options including chicken and turkey options. Everything about this Home2 Suites is modern and clean. I was greeted at the front desk by Jada. She needs to work here around-the-clock and greet EVERYONE. She's cheerful & very helpful. I was able to have an early check-in and went to my room. It's so nice. Then I wanted lunch before I went out to my event tonight, and she told me Whole Foods is around the corner. So far my stay is great. I can't wait to have the complimentary breakfast tomorrow down in the lobby area. My guts tell me it will also be five stars!!!
We’ve stayed here at least 6 times in the last year and we recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. We always stay here on CLT game days because it’s easy to get to uptown and it’s an easy walk to the stadium. Rooms are always clean. We love staying here.
I had a great experience at Home2Suites. The location is very convenient, the rooms are super clean, and the breakfast is great. What really stood out to me was the excellent service. A special thank you to Tina at the front desk, who was so patient and helpful in assisting me to find my AirPods that I accidentally left behind. She kept in touch with me over email and arranged to have them shipped to my home in New Jersey. This kind of responsiveness and care is true five-star service. Highly recommend.
