Excellent suites hotel. Nice sized room and great amenities. Complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of hot options.
TINA! NEEDS TO BE CEO,she is the queen bee! Gave us the best welcome to charlotte from miami! Such a friendly voice and human! Seriously if I do come back to charlotte it’s gonna be right here with Home2 suites. She is phenomenal at her job, gave us AMAZING food recommendations, she is genuinely a light. I can’t wait to visit, and see the JEWEL OF CHARLOTTE (TINA!). She made our time here delightful. thank you for everything Tina!
My life is better for having met Tina. She helped me become a Hilton Rewards member and I cant wait to stay at more Hilton properties in the future. Tina should make more money.
A group of us was there there last weekend. The service was a 5 shout out to Pamela, Terrence and Roger. The breakfast lady was awesome as well I didn't get her name it was so busy.
