This place is always a go to, whenever it isn’t booked, when my family and I visit Charlotte. The entire city is right outside the door and not too far away from many places to visit, especially Bank of America stadium, the spectrum center, or the convention center during events. This last time my brother and I visited for a Charlotte FC event the employee whl checked us in was named Tina. They let a family reunion take over the balcony. The hotel says no smoking, and we kept smelling Marijuana. The refrigerator was leaking onto the floor. I called the front desk to tell them we needed to move to another room because I found a bedbug on the pull out couch while putting the bedding on it. We moved to another room, finally settled down, and the lights turned off for the night . My daughter then yells and says mom turn on the light, and low and behold there was a bed bug on her pillow.
