I expected much better from a hotel with Hilton in its name. When we checked in, the customer service was lackluster at best. It wasn't unpleasant, but it certainly wasn't cheerful. Upon arriving at our room, we were hit with an odor that neither of us could identify. My partner thought it smelled musty, while I thought it resembled body odor. I am writing this review at 3:50am from room 209. My mother and I have been unable to sleep all night due to the disturbance in the room directly above us. The people in that room have been yelling, cursing, fighting, and banging things all night. It is unbelievable. We went down to the reception desk at 2:30am to request assistance and the man there said they would go talk to them. There was no apology given to us for the inconvenience. The hotel is very clean! Rooms are a good size. Great customer service and good breakfast for a hotel.
