We had a marvelous time here at a family reunion. The accommodations were nice. The pool was small and the paint was peeling but everyone enjoyed it nonetheless.
Stayed here one year ago on our way home from florida, the place was very good. Stopped here again this year on our way home from florida, what a disaster. Rooms aren't very clean, bedding was dirty. Not enough towels in the bathroom, only a 1/4 roll of toilet tissue. I love this hotel and definitely the area. There are restaurants and gas station in walking distance if to tired to drive. Front desk reps are awesome and very friendly.
The staff was friendly, and the property appeared clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, our experience changed once we got to our room. It was clear that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned between guests. We found mucus in the shower, multiple hairs on the shower walls, and stained towels. We reported these issues to the front desk, but aside from an apology, no resolution or accommodation was offered. While the staff was courteous, the cleanliness of the room did not meet the standards we expected during our stay.
