Our latest room was amazing and the hotel personnel (front desk, sales manager, housekeepers and maintenance) are all amazing. 3 years ago, my review was as follows: Room had some issues but the service was amazing. Ida, a young lady at the front desk, is very nice sweet friendly and very professional. She gave us a larger room, she sounds really professional on the phone and she always loved speaking to, waving to and blowing kisses to our 2 young daughters.
