🎶La cucaracha, la cucaracha, crawling up the bathroom wall! 🎶 No seriously, two of them found in my room during my 10 night stay. Towels were said to be changed every day (while the room was cleaned every other day), however I found evidence that the dirty towels were simply refolded and put back on the shelf. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Blinds were broken and only went down halfway. No firm pillows in the entire hotel. Front desk staff was friendly though, and having a kitchenette is nice.
Was there because my house flooded. It was great.
Excellent hotel, I really loved the manager, Maggie’s service, her energy was so great and she was super nice. The best manager ever, super funny and super cool. The rooms were fresh and clean, the ice was cold, and I even had a really good breakfast after my stay. I went to visit family, and hang out and enjoy the sights on Red Top mountain.
Very nice rooms , the manger Maggie was awesome !
