For something from Hilton brand hotel this is extremely shocking. The first couple days we thought things looked decent enough overall, especially with your options in Cartersville. Most of our utensils and cutlery were dirty so they all had to be washed before we used them, the carpets and floors were pretty rough too. Musky odor in the room. We killed about 5 ladybugs each day we were there but I kind of blew it off. One night they were just everywhere, coming out of the A/C units, on the floors, couch, and walls. I looked... read more
