For being a really nice room, I have to say, the carpet is pretty gross. It looked clean but it feels like the floor of a motel on the beach if you know what I mean. The bed was moderately comfortable but the sheets were scratchy and there were no extra blankets. The coffee was basically water so the lovely attendant servicing the breakfast bar happily made us a fresh pot. That was much appreciated! The breakfast options were decent.

Location is convenient to Lake Point and that is the only positive about this place. I have stayed in many Home 2 Suites and this one was nothing like any of the other ones I have stayed in. This hotel is very poorly maintained and was extremely dirty. As someone on the elevator said- we are all paying a lot to stay at the Morel 6. The actual room was somewhat clean but was very old and had very cheap repairs made to it. For instance, the sliding shower door was removed and a cheap shower curtain replaced it. The front desk staff was great at check-in and check-out. The breakfast options were great. My room was in great condition.
