We're off Hwy A1A/Astronaut Boulevard, five minutes from Port Canaveral’s cruise ships. Boeing, Lockheed Martin, SpaceX, NASA, and Kennedy Space Center are all within a 20-minute drive and Cocoa Beach is four miles from our door. Enjoy our free hot breakfast, poolside Tiki Bar, and fitness center featuring a Peloton® Bike with toe cages. WiFi is on us.

We had a nice stay here. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were a bit disappointed though that they do not have any cookies for their guests. We asked but were told this was one of the few locations that did not serve cookies. Would rate it 5 stars if they had the cookies
The Hotel itself was wonderful. The General Manager(Tony) Customer Service Advisor (Jessica) and Employee (Courtney) of this Home2 are less than accommodating or cooperative. First, The Manager checked me into my room and put a pending charge on my account before even arriving at the hotel. After arriving the front desk attendant was not able to verify my check in because apparently they were in the middle of switching over systems from one Hilton system to another type of system. Ok - so if you’re looking to stay here and not use the pool, 5/5. Rooms were well maintained, clean and beds were comfy. Lots of space in common areas too. Indoor space nice, outdoor space mostly nice. Breakfast as expected and front desk folks were fine (not good or bad). They have an outdoor bar by the pool which was nice, and a couple restaurants in walking distance. Location good if you’re heading on a cruise - right by the ports. The experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. We arrived on time for our reservation and were made to wait for hours while watching other guests continuously receive room keys. Despite checking in at 3 pm, we still hadn’t received a room long after that. Staff gave vague excuses about being understaffed and operating two hotels in one building. Worst Hotel experience ever. The air quit working at 11:30pm. Woke up sweating bad. I have several health issues and I can’t do heat. It was 80 degrees. We were all unpacked, half asleep and the desk guy says he’s all alone and can’t do anything. Offered to switch us rooms, but the hotel was full and had to pack up and move. Not going through that hassle. I told the guy I was going to sleep in the car. So I slept in my car, had to get up early for a cruise. No one offered any compensation.
