We stayed here the last few nights, and really enjoyed it. Every single staff member is super kind and helpful. Rooms are so clean and nice, we literally thought that this hotel was brand new because of how well it’s kept up. We ended up with one of the big rooms on the end, and I highly recommend. It was massive!! We also needed to do laundry, and it was cheap and easily accessible. The only thing we didn’t love, was the breakfast selection. Things went fast, And they were out of a lot of items before 8 AM.

Management is very rude and inconsiderate. I’m a diamond status tier with over 60 nights a year, out of all Hilton locations I’ve stayed this has been the worst. Rooms were dirty as well as the management was pushy when I was mid work call asking which room I stayed in while at breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, nice, and felt safe throughout our visit. The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby, which made everything easy and enjoyable. A special thank you to the team for their honesty and professionalism—my husband forgot his gold bracelet, and they found it and made sure we got it back. We truly appreciate the excellent service. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience!
