Good experience! Gabe was the desk clerk at check-in. He made the experience fun, texted several times during the weekend to ask if anything could be better, and had a great sense of humor. When’s the last time you could remember the name and personality of a hotel staff member for two weeks? Nice!!! Rooms were clean, cool, very well supplied. Breakfast was typical hotel or less. Hilton could very definitely improve their breakfast easily. Waffle was good but everything else very unremarkable given the price of the rooms.

I had a trip planned for work, got sick the night before, called the hotel that morning to cancel-the Manager, Jennifer was incredibly rude to myself and Hilton Guest Services (they were trying to assist me. I will never stay at this hotel again!

I rarely leave reviews, but our experience at this hotel was unacceptable on multiple levels. First, cleanliness was a major issue. The sofa bed mattress had urine stains and smelled strongly of urine. The mattress cover was also stained. When we asked for help, the staff’s only suggestion was to “add extra bedding” and sleep on it for the night until management was back in the morning.
