One of the worse Home 2 Suitrs we have been to. The shower head only trickeled water and room service was denied when we requested. Before we arrived, we also had asked that extra towels be in room, and made reservations showing six people in room, and this was neglected. Numerous times we had to ask for extra towels. The A/C was terribly loud, the desk had a giant edge sticking out, scratching our legs when we walked by, and the TV was not a smart TV to allow you to stream on apps. I would not stay or recommend this hotel.
#1 the hot water was lukewarm at best. So my showers were mediocre. #2 the tv remote had Netflix, HBO max & prime on it but not a single one worked. Half of the cable channels didn’t work. #3 I have no ideas where the party was but there was some techno music blasting throughout the night. I woke up several times during the night.
