This is a wonderful hotel to stay in. Staff are professional, the rooms are clean and spacious, the rooms are provided with dishes, decent complimentary breakfast, and a fitness room. This hotel is close to the 403 and Lynden park mall. The only thing that I didn't like was that the water in the pool was cold.
Not good customer service. Told us we can’t use a government discount unless we are working. And had to be federal worker only. Insane. Never ever heard of that and I’ve booked the fairmont downtown Toronto at a government rate.
