I love Hilton hotels so this pains me to leave. This was booked 4 months ago and was over $800. We arrived Saturday and our room was so gross, i had to clean it myself. A/C return air vents were black, fuzz and hair under the a/c, sheets stained and new sheets given to me were stained, floor not vacuumed, bathroom floor was black when i wiped it up, extra blanket provided by front desk was dirty and smelled HORRIBLE. Valerie was incredibly kind, professional, and courteous to my family and me. From the very beginning, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Every staff member we encountered was also kind, professional, and courteous. The rooms were very cozy, clean, and well-maintained! I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfy and safe place to stay with incredible staff who make you feel right at home! :)
