Great hotel and location
Great stay Delish breakfast
This was a terrible experience. We booked 2 nights. At about 10am a storm came through our home town taking out our large pine tree which landed on our home. My wife asked to check out early and they would not credit back the second night. This was an emergency. They mad a bad situation incredibly worse. Stephen the manager is one of the absolute worst human beings we have encountered. We are Hilton Honors members, have been long standing and travel often. NEVER AGAIN - beware if you are a Diamond Member - the staff will lie to your face and charge you for a night you didn't stay. And below, I see multiple other reviews from Diamond Members saying the same thing. This property is dishonest and unlike any Hilton property I've ever visited.
