Had a great stay there.
Breakfast is horrible though
I stayed there for two weeks and I was leaving a day early do to work . I let them know, they said i will be charge for the full time. Because I didn't give 24 hours notice . Which they had some sign saying that would be helpful. Besides that breakfast is lacking and cold in the center of the sandwiches . Pricing is high for this place too.
After my stay, I discovered an unexpected $50 charge on my bill with no description or explanation. I only noticed it while preparing my expense report and had to call the hotel myself to determine what it was for. I was then told it was a “towel damage” fee—something never communicated to me. I made multiple attempts to resolve this with the General Manager, Arvind Aggarwal, but he repeatedly avoided speaking with me.
