Not worth the money...
We had such a wonderful stay here! My mother, husband, and our 4-month-old baby were traveling from Minnesota to Ohio and decided to stop overnight in Normal, Illinois. After checking out a few options, we chose this hotel—and we’re so glad we did! John, the General Manager, and Carin were absolutely incredible when it came to customer service. Not the best stay. People were VERY loud. Someone slammed on our door after 11:00 and ran off. For some ridiculous reason, this hotel doesn't have cameras in the hallway, so we couldn't see who did it. Our Song is left on the pull out bed, and it had to be one of the most uncomfortable beds in hotel history. The mattress, or so they called it, literally was springs with a light covering over it, and you can feel every spring laying on it, so horrible.
