Great service. Felt like a 5 star.
Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
One room was not even clean and had to give us another one. The second room had no soap or shampoo, dirty floors this hotel needs some work and some sweeping and some cleaning hallway dirty along with elevators will not be returning.
The location is great, near a park with walking path. Not from from IU's athletic campus. The folks were friendly. The room size is nice. The room wasn't fully cleaned when I arrived, so I cleaned up with supplies I brought. I have learned my lesson on this. The room had a sticker in the bathroom stating when rooms would be cleaned, yet the staff didn't follow that.
