Great people and breakfast
Great staff. New rooms. Suites with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Clean and tasty breakfast. Only one complaint after staying multiple times. Thank you for the soap, body wash, and shampoo. PLEASE ADD CONDITIONER TO THE BOTTLES SUPPLIED IN THE SHOWER. It is now expected when traveling.
The hotel isn't consistent about anything especially policy and procedures. Basically depending on who is working certain things are allowed and then when they aren't working " That's against policy ". The Front Desk Staff doesn't understand Customer Service instead they are usually to involved with gossiping with one another or using profanity loudly as if they are in a night club setting to really pay attention to normal operating procedures !!!
I'm Physically Disabled Paraplegic Homeowner who's home was destroyed when a huge tree on my property fell onto it. Thank God I wasn't injured due to the area of my house I was located at. My homeowner insurance company arranged to immediate stay at this hotel but since I've been here the following activities occured : (1). Hotel staff frequently entering guest rooms without knocking first. (2). Verbal Abuse ( Disabled Individuals are Crazy Etc.) whenever I came to the lobby area especially for the Free Breakfast. (3). The check in lady was nice but confusing. My husband went in to get a room and she told him he had to book it online so he came to the car to get me to do that. When I went to the counter, she proceeded to give me the website and I told her I can’t do it on my phone. So she ended up checking us in, but it took about an hour. It was the slowest possible check-in I’ve ever dealt with. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee ran out and they took their time to refill it. The yogurt machine was not working.
