Smells of pot everywhere there is carpet.
Our stay was overall pleasant. The suites are large and new and we had a lot of towels…but….when we got to our rooms none of the light switches worked so we ended up getting undressed in the dark with one small lamp with our two kids. Also the employees in charge of breast fast was terrible at his job! We were out of everything and had to ask him to bring every single thing. He seemed very unhappy that we were bothering him and took all the food away 5 min before breakfast ended. Lots left to be desired!
Well I was there on a corporate trip and they couldn't find my reservation. After contacting my company's booking agent, they were able to call and confirm that I did have a reservation with the hotel, but then they gave away my room to someone else and said they didn't have any further availability. No offer to call a manager, no attempt at calling a nearby hotel to see if they ought be able to accommodate me, just a shrug of the shoulders and an "Im sorry"
This was day two of our cross country move to Seattle. After another 13-hour day of driving this was amazing when you can't turn your head to the left anymore. Rooms were super clean, and the breakfast was just what we needed before making the final leg of our journey. Another amazing pet friendly hotel and the staff was very welcoming upon our arrival late at night.
