Our stay was unsatisfactory to say the least. I tried to sign up for the Honors app for 3 days straight and the website continued to say it was having technical difficulties therefore we couldn't check in early. We drove 6 hours to get to the hotel at which point we were exhausted. Check in was at 3pm but the room wasn't ready until roughly 3:40.
