Room was clean and well equipped. Location was close to our destination and easy to access from highway. The staff however was horrible. The attitude of the front desk clerk was the worst. She seemed to really hate being there and I can only hope she finds a job she loves, cause this isn't it!
Great service, great room very clean The location will be perfect when the road construction is done. Love the hotel, just views from road work.
Staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. I called the front desk at night when we checked in, person was very nonchalant. I called the front desk in the morning, again staff was not pleasant. As we were walking out at checkout, the front desk did not speak or acknowledge us. We are gold members and are used to great customer service, this however was not it. I would definitely not stay here again.
