Didn't stay, but was at the beach all day
Came for my grandson’s World Series here in Beaumont. Nice location, rooms, but the pool was green!!! What hotel doesn’t manage their pool in the summer?? Wow
We had a 3+ hour delay coming into. We unfortunately didn't get to the hotel until 430am. Tired is an understatement. The chat with Kayln kept us encouraged that our reservation was fine. It was disappointing that the digital key didn't work. Our bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived but later that day, they made it right. When we come into town, we usually stay at another brand.
