Clean rooms
I rated this place four star because the pool was inoperative. Access to where i was parked was inaccessible even with a key card. None of the employees mentioned any of these issue upon checking in. During quite time kids were running up and down the halls playing. The breakfast was not good. The rooms are really nice and the bed feels like you're sleeping on a cloud.
The white lady with tattoos and glasses who was the manager on July 31, 2026 was so rude I went and stayed in the residence inn next door. Their service was amazing and their staff were amazing.
