The white lady with tattoos and glasses who was the manager on July 31, 2026 was so rude I went and stayed in the residence inn next door. Their service was amazing and their staff were amazing.
Very nice rooms and quiet place
I was in town for work and when booking, I asked for a no accessible room; they instead gave me an accessible one. As I’ve stayed in one last time I was there it’s never as clean as a regular room. The shower was not clean and when I woke up, I had bed bug bites.
The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. 5 Stars for Gregory at the front desk. This young man had the best customer service, personality, and was very helpful at our checkin. He represented the hotel and Hilton brand exceptionally.
This hotel has all the accommodations that our family needed. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet was freshly stocked. The only complaint is that the walls aren't particularly sound proof so it was easy to hear guests in the room above us, around us and in the hallway.
