The hotel is very clean and the staff are really great. Ms. Cynthia helped me check out a day early and was so kind and gracious! Her customer service was above and beyond when my travel plans changed. Thank you Ms. Cynthia for all your help!
Great hotel, spacious and clean They take pets too.
Keith, the manager, was awesome. Super helpful, friendly, accommodating!!! He gave us so many recommendations of places to go and eat, it was like having a personal concierge! We are super grateful for the help. Made us feel welcome, at home and taken care of. Cynthia, the front desk lady, was also super welcoming, warm and kind. We were there 6 nights and had a great stay. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and all the amenities you could possibly need.
Very rude manager with poor communication skills.
