I stayed at this location for a week on a work trip. Staff were friendly as i was greeted upon arrival. I checked in on the app, but there was only one room available to choose from when I checked in, so 426 it was. Room seemed clean at first, but I soon noticed tiny ants on the counter in the kitchenette. I notified the desk and since it was 8pm, was told they would make sure someone checked it out the next morning. Clean and pleasant looking. Good breakfast options. No complaints or problems. I've never had an issue at a Hilton property.

Would like to thank Miss Cynthia for making us feel at home. It was nice to be acknowledged as her family when returning to the hotel after an outing. Miss Cynthia was kind and provided excellent service. Rooms cleaned every other day, free wifi, complimentary breakfast, laundry outdoor pool and workout room. Rooms were spacious and included dish ware, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. We have stayed at other Hone 2 Suites and have experienced great service and rooms there as well.

I stayed here with a friend and unfortunately did not have a great experience. I stayed here last year and had no issues. So I am not sure if something has changed recently. Issue #1: When we arrived in the afternoon, the lobby had what I can only describe as a ‘wet dog’ smell. In the morning it smelled much better, but when we would return in the evenings the smell was there again. I think it is whatever they are using to clean the floors.
